The students were fantastic to work with. It’s amazing to watch how their minds work and how things clicked after working through the exercises. At the end of the final class, several students came up and gave me a hug. ~ Junior Achievement of Central Virginia Volunteer at Elizabeth Redd Elementary School, 2013

KEY PROGRAMS

Programs span grades K – 12

With age-appropriate curricula designed to teach elementary students about their roles as individuals, workers, and consumers and to prepare middle grade and high school students for key economic and workforce issues they will face. In addition to bringing the free enterprise system to life in the classroom, Junior Achievement of Central Virginia’s programs teach youngsters the importance of staying in school. We also offer programs for young people who may have difficulty graduating from high school.
